this year the quality and quantity is down and prices are up. my family was swindled. the chocolate ice cream is pale and tastes like sugar something. not vanilla or chocolate. my milkshake was very thin and smaller than all the ones before; 16 or 20 oz. rather than 32. they hide this change from the menu. it was vanilla with chocolate syrup and is not even tan, it's kind of maybe beige. the raspberry topping isn't even cut up into pieces. my daughter didn't get a banana split, and i told the cashier that because i'm deaf she can't asd things without my consent...and then they EVEN forgot her banana slices twice. not worth being an institution without just bringing up prices and maintaining quality.

I’m standing outside of the store as we speak, and there was a family in front of me who placed their order it took a while and that’s fine but when they were finished placing their order, the young lady at the window did not even acknowledge me. She closed the window and walked off very dissatisfied with the service. I will not be returning. I would’ve gave it zero stars if I could’ve, it was very rude and I’m not sure if it was a race thing because I am a woman of color.
